Entre Commercial Realty announced that it has recently completed the sale of a 3.73-acre industrial site for build to suit in Bartlett, Illinois.
The new construction corporate headquarter facility will be built for a large printing and packaging company relocating out of Kane County, Illinois. This marks the fourth build-to-suit transaction Entre has completed in the Brewster Creek Business Park on behalf of the developer, Triumph Construction.
Mike DeSerto, Cory Kay, and Mike Berkowitz of Entre Commercial Realty represented the developer and JLL represented the purchaser in this transaction.
