Entre Commercial Realty LLC represented the tenant in the lease of 100,000 square feet at 3458 Morreim Drive in Belvidere, Illinois.
Android Industries, LLC signed a 52-month lease for the entire facility, which is situated on 7.9 acres. Entre Commerical’s Mike Gazzola and Signature Associates’ Peter Waloco represented Android in the transaction. The seller, Landmark Development, was not represented.
Android Industries assembles and sequences complex vehicle systems, including full vehicle assembly. It also provides welding and fabrication services for various vehicle structures, frames, and engine cradles. The company was founded in 1974 and is headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Their new location is located adjacent to the Chrysler – Belvidere Assembly Plant. Android will use the facility to manufacture sub-assemblies for several Chrysler models produced at the plant.
