EnTrust Realty Advisors announced the sale of a medical office portfolio located in Aurora, Ill. to a local private investor. The two-building portfolio consists of 54,000 rentable square feet and is located on two major hospital campuses: Rush-Copley Medical Center and AMITA Health Mercy Medical. The fee-simple buildings are 93 percent leased and 86 percent anchored by Rush-Copley on long-term leases. These medical office buildings house multiple specialties with a focus on cardiology and orthopedic care.
EnTrust previously negotiated long-term leases with Rush-Copley at both properties positioning the portfolio to maximize value on behalf of ownership.
