Gloria Materre has been appointed managing director of EnTrust Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate transaction advisory firm with locations in Chicago and Wilmette, Illinois. In this new capacity, she will lead business development, cultivate existing client relationships and oversee assignment execution and recruiting for the company.

Clark III, managing principal of EnTrust Realty Advisors. “A recognized leader in the Illinois business community, she has held senior leadership positions within government and the private sector, ranging from regulatory counseling to real estate transactions to media talent representation.”
Materre was appointed by Illinois Governor Pat Quinn to serve in executive leadership roles in state government. In 2009 she served as his Deputy Chief of Staff and was later appointed to serve as Executive Director of the Illinois Housing Development Authority and the Illinois Liquor Control Commission, allowing her to further utilize her abilities to bring positive change across the state. Prior to her stint in government, Materre built a successful national practice as principal of Materre & Associates, P.C., with her team servicing clients in real estate, corporate law, and the media and entertainment industries.
Materre previously held positions with a number of prestigious law firms, including Landau Omahana & Kopka, Berger Newmark & Fenchel, and Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP, where she was a partner in the corporate group. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois, College of Law.
