EnTrust Tenant Advisors represented SET Environmental, Inc. in a new 7,063 SF lease at 1400 W. 16th ST, a 70,313 SF office building in Oak Brook. SET Environmental provides environmental management services, including emergency spill response from its offices in eight states around the nation. Jud Henry, Senior Vice President, EnTrust Tenant Advisors, made the announcement.
“Our client needed a turnkey office solution in a Class A building located close to executive housing,” said Henry. “Besides the fact that the space was in excellent condition, the location of the building was its greatest strength. For example, the president of the company gains seven hours of office time a week due to the shorter commute to the new office as compared to the previous space in Wheeling. On top of this, the transaction was a sublease which provided enormous savings and flexibility that met all of my client’s needs.”
