Jesse Luke of EquiCap Commercial, together with Anne Williams-Blackwell of the Williams Storage Group of Marcus & Millichap, negotiated the closing of Green & Sons Storage, a three-property self-storage portfolio in Collierville, Tennessee, a suburb of Memphis.
The operations consist of 876 climate-controlled and non-climate units and boat/RV spaces within 106,208 rentable square feet. The average occupancy of the portfolio is 82 percent as of March 2020. Amenities at each location include a rental office, controlled access, perimeter fence, security cameras and apartments above each office.
