EquiCap Commercial recently closed the sale of StorSafe Storage at 7825 Tower Ave. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Jesse Luke with EquiCap negotiated the deal.
This marks the second facility that Luke sold for the owners, a self-managed family partnership with assets in multiple states. The buyers are also repeat client of Luke’s, whom he helped get started in the self-storage space back in 2018.
The listing price of the facility was $2.4 million. It includes 431 drive-up units.
