EquiCap Commercial, acting as co-broker with Grisanti Group of the Argus Self Storage Network, recently closed the sale of the East Hickman Self Storage portfolio in Lyles, Tennessee.
This deal represents an off-market transaction, where the seller was looking to access the equity in the facility as a means of leveraging into a larger operation.
EquiCap Commercial previously sold this property to the current seller for $1.65 million in July of 2016. The owner then sold it for $2.72 million, resulting in $1.07 million in equity in just 18 months.
