Equity helped to bring a major insurer to the Metro Office Park in Dublin, Ohio.
Marsh and McLennan Agency will be a new tenant in the office park at 655 Metro Place South in Dublin. The tenant was represented by Equity’s Vice President of Office Brokerage JL Johnson and the landlord was represented by Dan Dunsmoor and Andrew Jamison of Colliers.
“We’ve been toying with the idea of a move to Dublin for some time and there happened to be a perfect confluence of opportunity and timing,” said Chuck Murlin, regional president with Marsh and McLennan. “When we toured 655 Metro, we knew it was going to be our new home. It had that perfect combination of amenities, location, and status.”
