Kevin Thaxton, vice president of retail services for Equity, Inc., successfully represented CashMax in securing a 2,600-square-foot seven-year lease at 1726 South Main St. in Bellefontaine, Ohio.
The space was formerly occupied by Swiss Haus.
CashMax is a Credit Services Organization with more than 20 locations throughout Ohio. Thaxton has represented CashMax in several Ohio markets, including Eaton, Greenville, Ontario, Kettering, Coshocton, Washington Court House, Marion and Fremont.
