The property management division of Equity LLC recently added oversight of the EVF East Paris and Leonard Street properties in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to its portfolio. This increases the division’s reach to more than 2 million square feet managed at nearly 70 properties in eight states.
Equity LLC is based in Columbus, Ohio.
“Over the past three years, our property management division has grown significantly,” said Equity executive vice president Dwight Robertson. “I believe this is due to our team of property management professionals who are accredited and have decades of experience in supporting the needs of office, retail, and industrial landlords and tenants.”
