Denver-based EPH acquired the property for $12.5 million. The Class-A property consists of 62 apartments and two commercial spaces.
The property is located at 49th and Dodge, which is walking distance to the University of Nebraska Medical Center, retail and restaurants. The new Omaha Rapid Bus Transit station is directly in front of the building. Dundee Flats was built in 2019 utilizing Tax Increment Financing and is in an A+ location.
