Avison Young has hired leasing and marketing specialist Erica Rogers as a vice president in the firm’s Chicago office.
She will assist with landlord representation services in the Midwest and nationally. Her primary focus will be leasing and marketing the firm’s growing class A leasing portfolio in Chicago’s highly active downtown market.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Rogers was a leasing agent for CBRE, advising a diverse group of clients on marketing and leasing requirements for numerous class A, B and C properties in various Chicago submarkets.
Rogers has worked with an extensive group of owners and investors, including Blackstone Group, Argent Real Estate Group, and CBRE investors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Kansas. Rogers is a former member of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA) and Commercial Real Estate Operations (CREO). In her spare time, she volunteers with the First Tee of Greater Chicago.
