Erin Coupe joins CBRE as VP of Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services

CBRE has announced that Erin Coupe has joined the firm as vice president, Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services, in Chicago.

Coupe joins CBRE from architecture firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB), where she was director of business development in the Chicago area. Responsible for generating office development and interiors revenue growth, Coupe successfully increased the firm’s market share with her efforts, resulting in a 400 percent growth of SCB’s interiors practice and two million square feet of office development opportunities.

Prior to her work at SCB, Coupe worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in Chicago, managing high-profile client relationships, totaling $3.6 billion in assets under management.

Coupe is a member of CoreNet, CREW, Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, Executive Club of Chicago and a member of the Commercial Real Estate Awards Steering Committee for the Greater Food Depository. She has a BS in management information systems from Saint Louis University.
