Local commercial real estate brokerage firm Essex Realty Group, Inc. expands its Logan Square team with the addition of new associate, Sarah Rider.
Rider joins the team led by principals Jim Darrow and Jordan Gottlieb. In this role she will concentrate primarily on the sales of multi-family and mixed-use investment real estate. Responsibilities include asset valuation, market research and analytics, and business development throughout the Chicagoland area. “We are excited to expand our team,” explains Gottlieb. He continues, “Sarah will be a great addition to Essex. With a strong real estate background, she will be able to make an immediate impact.”
Prior to joining Essex, Rider worked in the accounting department of a property management company here in Chicago and in 2019, Rider participated in the Essex Realty Group, Inc. summer internship program. She graduated from Gettysburg College in 2020 with a degree in Organization and Management Studies.
