Essex Realty Group closed the sale of three multifamily properties totaling 37 units on Chicago’s South Side.
Essex’s Robert Berman, Michael Anguiano, Daniel Sahbsin, Jeremy DeMarco and Joe Kahlhammer represented the three private sellers of these buildings.
The transactions include the sale of7957 S. Ellis Ave., a 15-unit apartment building; 7430 S. Vernon Ave., a 12-unit apartment building; and 7846 S. Exchange Ave., a 10-unit property.
