Essex Realty Group closed an adaptive re-use opportunity in Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood.
The property, at 2300 W. Ainslie St., consists of a 13,500-square-foot fully vacant masonry building with one level at grade and two stories above grade level.
Essex Realty Group managing director Michael Anguiano and and the Berman/Anguiano Team facilitated the sale on behalf of Archidiocese of Chicago. The buyer is a private investor.
