Essex Realty Group, Inc. closed the sale of 7601 S. Emerald Ave., an 18-unit apartment building in Chicago’s Auburn Gresham neighborhood.
Essex brokers Robert Berman, Jeremy DeMarco, Joe Kahlhammer and Daniel Shabsin represented the private seller in the sale to a local investor. The property sold for $1.2 million.
