Essex Realty Group, Inc. is proud to announce that Monarch Realty Partners’ Principals Michael Anguiano and Robert Berman have joined the company as managing directors. Other Monarch team members joining Essex are Associates Jeremy DeMarco and Daniel Shabsin, as well as Marketing Coordinator Allie Robson.
Michael and Robert will co-lead a growing, seven-member team focused on multifamily sales throughout
Chicago’s south and west side markets. Combined, Michael and Robert bring more than two decades of
commercial real estate experience and have sold hundreds of multifamily buildings in their core markets.
