Essex Realty Group, Inc. has hired one of Chicago’s leading multifamily sales brokerage teams. The team consists of industry veteran, Steven Livaditis, Joseph Scheck, and Brandon Redweik.
Livaditis joins Essex as a partner and managing director. Over the course of 21 years, he has been involved in nearly $1 billion of property transactions.
Joseph Scheck joins Essex as director. He impressively closed more than $30 million of transactions in the first two years of his career. Scheck is a graduate of the University of Iowa, earning his degree in Analytical Economics. He is currently a CFA Level III candidate.
Additionally, Brandon Redweik joins Essex as an associate. He is a recent graduate of the University of Illinois, where he earned degrees in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Psychology. During college, Brandon worked in the sales of agricultural properties, helping to transact over $50 million in sales across the Country.
