Essex Realty Group, Inc. has promoted Courtney O’Keefe to the role of senior associate. She advances her career with the company from her role as an associate.

Since October 2017, O’Keefe worked on the team led by Kochendorfer and director Brian Karmowski where she concentrated primarily on the acquisition and disposition of multi-family and mixed-use investment real estate throughout the Chicagoland suburbs. Her responsibilities include asset valuation, market research, transaction analysis and database management. Prior to joining Essex, she worked as an assistant property manager at NAI Hiffman where she managed the operations and financial reporting for multiple industrial real estate portfolios in the Chicagoland area.
O’Keefe graduated from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois with a bachelor of science in communication studies with a focus in organizational leadership.
