Essex Realty Group has sold 2601-15 W. Belmont Ave., a new-construction 46-unit apartment building in Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood.
The property consists of two-bedroom simplex and three-bedroom duplex apartments ranging from 1,040 to 2,109 square feet. It includes an underground parking garage with about 49 spaces.
Matt Welke and Jason Fishleder were the Essex brokers who handled this transaction. The property sold for about $11.5 million.
