Chicago’s Essex Realty Group, Inc. recently sold multiple apartment buildings on the South Side of Chicago. The company handled the sale of 2304, 2310 and 2320 W. Garfield in the Gage Park neighborhood of Chicago. The property consists of three separate buildings: two six-unit walk-ups and one 18-unit courtyard building.
Essex also sold 12837, 12841 and 12845 S. Hoyne in Blue Island, a suburb of Chicago. This complex consists of an 18-unit building with three one-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom apartments.
Doug Imber and Matt Welke of Essex were the brokers in the transaction. The sale price for Garfield was approximately $690,000. The sales price for Hoyne was approximately $475,000.
