Mendelson Kornblum Orthopedics & Spine Specialists have selected Etkin as the full-service property management firm for its new medical building in Livonia, Michigan.
The facility is located at the northwest corner of 5 Mile Road and Levan Road, east of Interstate-275. The building is 43,000 square feet, and offers an ambulatory surgical center, medical practice and physical therapy.
