Bethesda, Maryland-based Global Medical REIT has selected Etkin as the full-service property management and leasing company for its recently acquired medical building in Livonia, Michigan.
Known as the Mission Health Medical Center, the facility is located at 37595 W. Seven Mile Road, about one-quarter mile from I-275.
The 70,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility offers a range of services including radiology/Imaging, urgent care and physical therapy and is anchored by both Ascension Health and Trinity Health.
Etkin’s Vice President of Business Development and Leasing Matt Fenster said that the new Livonia facility is a perfect addition to the company’s growing healthcare property management portfolio.
