Euroview Enterprises, a manufacturer and distributor of glass shower doors, signed a lease of 47,861-square-feet at 342 Carol Lane in Elmhurst, Illinois.
Euroview Enterprises was represented by Transwestern’s Justin Lerner. Darwin Realty’s Adam Haefner and Associate Zeke Rowan represented an institutional investor in the transaction.
Euroview moved from a nearby location at 420 W. Wrightwood in Elmhurst.
