Evans Senior Investments represented an independent seller in the sale of Clifden Court, a 92-unit Community-Based Residential Facility in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
Built in 1998, Clifden Court added two additional buildings, one in 1999 and the other in 2010, to reach 92 units for assisted living and memory care services. Located 10 miles southwest of Milwaukee, the facility has seen a steady increase in occupancy since January of 2016.
Clifden Court was purchased by SHA Capital Partners, a real estate investment advisory firm headquartered in Chicago and solely focused on the seniors housing asset class. Matthews Senior Living will assume facility operations.
