Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International has been retained by the Evanston Art Center, a 501(c )(3) organization located in Evanston, to represent them in their strategic relocation project.

Randy Podolsky, managing principal, and Adam Tarantur, principal, will head the advisory team.

Evanston Art Center will be relocating from its current facilities at the Harley Clarke Mansion, 2603 Sheridan Road in Evanston, and is targeting the general Evanston area for an approximate 30,000-square-foot building to serve as its new headquarters.

Podolsky and Tarantur were sought out by the not-for-profit because of their previous successes with other 501(c )(3) organizations – most  notably their recent work on the expansion and relocation of Evanston’s Roycemore School. Throughout that five and a half year brokerage and redevelopment project, Podolsky|Circle provided comprehensive commercial real estate services, ranging from strategic planning and site selection to acquisition, and also served as the owner’s representative for project management.  Since the conclusion of that project, Podolsky and Tarantur have aided a number of other not-for-profit organizations with their strategic real estate needs.

Evanston Art Center offers extensive and innovative instruction in broad areas of artistic endeavor through studio art classes for all ages, exhibitions, interactive arts activities, public lectures and youth outreach activities and publications, all of which are designed to engage and enrich the individual and the community.  EAC was founded in 1929 by civic and cultural leader Alice C. Riley, and has remained a vital part of the Evanston community for more than eight decades.
