NAI Prime Commercial founder Scott Edmond ,announced that his Evansville, Indiana-based commercial real estate services and advisory company has joined NAI Global as a new office under the name NAI Prime Commercial.
The inception of NAI Prime Commercial in early 2024 followed Edmond’s nine-year tenure with another large commercial real estate firm. Prior to that, he dedicated 21 years to the banking and finance industry.
Edmond, along with his wife and business partner, Holly Edmond, envision the growth of their company through recruitment of seasoned real estate professionals, the addition of qualified staff to support expansion, and the development of young professionals entering the realm of commercial real estate through comprehensive training and mentorship programs. This approach reflects their commitment to fostering a dynamic and skilled team that contributes to the success of their clients and the sustained growth of their firm.
Scott has been recognized as a leader in his field by receiving the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors Transaction of the Year award in 2018, Rookie of the Year award in 2018, and Multifamily Top Performer award in 2021. Scott attended the University of Southern Indiana where he earned a BS in Business and an MBA. During his graduate studies, Scott earned the Certified Financial Manager designation from the Institute of Management Accountants and was a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Prior to becoming a commercial broker, Holly spent 19 years working for Fortune 100 companies in the information technology and finance fields. She has also served in several executive roles in the nonprofit sector. Graduating cum laude with a BS in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and magna cum laude with a MBA from Anderson University, Holly is no stranger to hard work, creative problem solving, and effective communication and looks forward to using her personal initiative to benefit her clients.
