In his new role, Farr will oversee Regency’s 6.32 million square feet of commercial properties spanning 19 states, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and long-term asset performance. He will lead the Property Management team, including property managers, property management assistants, and maintenance professionals, while driving innovative strategies to enhance Regency’s commitment to quality and service.
Farr brings a wealth of knowledge from his distinguished career in property management, having successfully led large-scale portfolios and operational initiatives that enhance efficiency and tenant relations.
