EVEQ West Loop, a new 32-unit condominium mid-rise taking shape in the booming West Loop, has topped off. The building is on pace for first deliveries this summer, according to @properties, the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the development.

Located at the northwest corner of Madison and Bishop, EVEQ takes its name from the French word for bishop (évêque). The building offers three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,500 to 2,300 square feet. Homes are base-priced from $860,000 to $1,315,000 and feature open layouts, contemporary finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows and generous private outdoor space. Indoor garage parking is available from $25,000.

“In the West Loop, more than any other downtown neighborhood, new condo supply is just not keeping up with demand. EVEQ is filling the void with crisp design, exceptional value, and 2020 move-ins,” said Cyndy Salgado, executive vice president of development sales at @properties.

Designed by Sullivan Goulette & Wilson Architects, EVEQ’s condominiums feature hardwood flooring in living/dining areas and kitchens, custom Italian cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Homes at EVEQ also have an oversized balcony or terrace, with some terraces offering over 1,000 square feet of private outdoor space. Top-floor residences have access to private rooftop decks with expansive views of the city. One unique feature in most plans is a full-size laundry room/mud room.

“It’s something that really caters to buyers in this neighborhood, many of whom are very active, or have dogs or little kids that play sports…or all of the above. It’s nice to have space to dump dirty clothes and equipment, towel off the dog and keep the living space clean and uncluttered,” said Salgado.

EVEQ’s location in the West Loop is within walking distance of the neighborhood’s many restaurants, boutiques and entertainment options. The development is also near Skinner West Elementary School, Skinner Park and Union Park.
