Evergreen Real Estate Group has been retained to manage 11 affordable housing communities comprising 1,436 units in Illinois, Wisconsin and Pensylvania.
The assignments include a mix of affordable housing units for families and seniors which expands Evergreen’s national management portfolio to nearly 7,000 units across the country.
The properties include: Pleasant Valley in Conshohocken, Penn.,
Daniel J. Flood Tower in Kingston Penn.;
Hillcrest Apartments in McHenry, Ill.;
Rand Grove Village in Palatine, Ill.;
Sage Crest Apartments in Aurora, Ill.;
Oak Tree Towers in Downers Grove, Ill.;
Fox Shore Apartments in Aurora, Ill.;
Garden House of Maywood in Maywood, Ill.;
Skyline Towers in Alton, Ill.; and
Durand Plaza in Racine, Wisc.
Evergreen will handle site-level operations and oversee capital improvements projects at several of the communities using low-income housing tax credits and other subsidies. Evergreen will work with residents to coordinate events and service offerings, including social gatherings for seniors and after-school activities for children.
