Paul Ray Smith, Jr., executive vice president at Lexington, Kentucky-based NAI Isaac, has been named a CoStar Power Broker in the retail leasing sector.
The Power Broker Awards recognize commercial real estate’s top brokers and firms in the United States and Canada.
Smith joined NAI Isaac as a leasing/sales associate in 1987. As executive vice president, Smith has overseen and facilitated severeal major projects throughout his 36 years with the company.
