HSA Commercial Real Estate has brokered a long-term lease with a national mail presort services for 121,000-square-feet at 9053 N Deerwood Trail, Brown Deer Business Park, Brown Deer, Wis. The new tenant is scheduled to take occupancy March 1.
The 40-acre Brown Deer Business Park, located approximately 10 miles northwest of downtown Milwaukee, is owned by a joint venture between HSA Commercial and Morgan Realty Partners. The 10-building industrial and office complex features quick access to Interstate 43 and Route 45, on-site management, and convenient commutes to Mitchell Airport and downtown. Currently, the park can accommodate industrial tenants up to 34,000 square feet and corporate office tenants up to 60,000 square feet.

HSA Commercial is fast becoming a significant property owner in Wisconsin, with a portfolio of more than 2,500,000 square feet of industrial and office buildings, plus more than 200 acres of land for future development.
