Arthur J. Rogers & Co.’s Jeanne Rogers recently completed a 420,500-square-foot lease renewal for Exel at 1151 E. Laraway Road in Joliet.
Exel is involved in contract logistics and supply chain management, providing services to the automotive, chemical, consumer, industrial, life sciences, retail and technology industries. Rogers represented the firm, which chose to remain at the facility due to its location.
