The ground-breaking celebration for the restoration of the former U.S. Post Office and Custom House building in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota, will be held May 13.
Now known as Custom House, the 17-story, 748,000-square-foot structured at 180 E. Kellogg Blvd. in downtown St. Paul, is being redeveloped by Exeter Group LLC. The redevelopment includes 202 market-rate apartment residences, a 149-room Hyatt Place hotel and a destination restaurant at the corner of Kellogg Boulevard and Jackson Street.
Completion of the project is scheduled for the Spring of 2016. The total cost of the project is about $125 million.
