Exide Technologies, a producer and distributor of batteries and energy storage products for transportation and industrial needs, has agreed to a long-term lease extension for 43,276 square feet at 3950 Sussex Court in Aurora.
John Whitehead, senior associate, and Mark Moran, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group, represented landlord Ares Capital in the transaction. Mohr Partners Inc., represented Exide Technologies.
