Energy Tower II is in Houston’s renowned Gateway to the Energy Corridor ™ and sits on a campus with roughly 1.3 million square feet of office space and a multi-award-winning Embassy Suites Hotel.
The building’s renovation project is set to further modernize the facility and campus and elevate tenant experience. Planned renovations include:
- An expanded lobby with a new building-arrival addition with double-height ceilings.
- A tenant lounge with a coffee point.
- A dramatic stairway connecting the lobby level lounge to a conferencing/boardroom facility on the second level, exclusively for tenant use.
- Upgraded outdoor greenspace with several unique landscape concepts and covered seating areas connected to the building lounge.
- A new, elevated dining and bar concept with direct building lobby access and valet drop off.
- A completely modernized fitness center with country club style locker rooms and a private outdoor exercise area.
- A refreshed garage with updated way finding and signage, complimenting the building renovations.
The renovations, directed by Mac Haik Enterprises Chief Operating Officer Joseph Kubicki, began in December 2024 and are estimated to be complete in September 2025. The architect for the project is HOK and the general contractor is EE Reed.
CBRE’s Bubba Harkins and Jenny Sealy lease the building on behalf of the landlord, Mac Haik Enterprises.
