Managed Health Services has signed a lease for an additional 9,768 square feet of space at Landmark Center, a Class-A office tower in Indianapolis managed by Fairbridge Properties.
Managed Health Service’s lease brings the 12-story building at 1099 N. Meridian St. in the city’s central business district to 100 percent occupancy.
Located between the entrance and exit ramps of Interstates-65 and -70 and at the intersection of two major streets, Landmark Center offers its tenants a highly accessible location. The building also offers an amenity package that includes a new fitness center and yoga studio, a conference facility, indoor bike storage, a full-service cafeteria and a parking ratio of four spots per 1,000 square feet.
Floor plates at Landmark Center measure 25,000 square feet, allowing for open-space configurations that work well for large national companies, government agencies and other team-intensive businesses.
“Managed Health Services’ lease expansion reflects the value of this asset, specifically its excellent condition, amenities and strategic location,” said Dr. Dmitry Gordeev, Fairbridge Properties’ founder and managing partner. “We look forward to continuing to deliver the highest level of service and a world-class corporate experience to Managed Health Services, along with our full roster of tenants at Landmark Center.”
