Fairlawn, a real estate investment, development, and management firm, added Gina Fortune-Harmon as Vice President of Property Management. Based in Fairlawn’s Chicago office, Fortune-Harmon will lead strategic property management initiatives across Fairlawn’s growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and student housing assets. She will drive operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and portfolio performance.
Fortune-Harmon brings over 40 years of experience in property management, most recently serving as Vice President of Property Management for The Habitat Company. Additionally, she continues to serve as the President of the Chicagoland Apartment Association Board of Directors.
A Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®), and licensed managing broker in Illinois and Minnesota, Fortune-Harmon has a proven track record of operational excellence.
In her new role at Fairlawn, Fortune-Harmon will be responsible for leading cross-functional property management teams, developing and executing strategic plans to optimize property operations, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
