Fairview, Illinois-based IMPACT Strategies is continuing its partnership with U.S. Capital Development with the completion of three Midwest warehouse/distribution buildings in 2023. UCSD was the developer in all three locations and partnered with IMPACT Strategies as the construction manager.
A collaborative approach to a build-to-suit 140,000-square-foo industrial facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana, led to delivering a fast-track project to the Fortune 100 beverage company occupying the space.
Locally, USCD is the developer that has led the development of Fenton Logistics Park. IMPACT Strategies was selected as the construction manager for Buildings 6A and 6B in the Fenton, Missouri, park. The opening of these buildings added 285,000 square feet of Class-A industrial space to the park.
