Cushman & Wakefield’s Larry Goldwasser, Colin Green, Matt Cowie and Michelle Maguire has represented ownership in the sale of a four-building portfolio in West Town’s Kinzie Industrial Corridor to a joint venture of Clear Heights Properties and Diamond Realty Holdings.

The property is located at 404-434 N. Armour St. and 1514 W. Kinzie St., the original portfolio included 45,568 square feet of industrial space that new owners will fully reposition. They will demolish 1514 W. Kinzie St. and combine that site with the neighboring building at 1515 W. Hubbard plus the vacant 14,000 square foot site at 401 N. Ashland. Clear Height Properties and Diamond Realty Holdings already own the Ashland site.

The plan is to create a one-of-a-kind 46,000 square foot complex suited for flex office, last-mile delivery, or high tech manufacturing. Clear Height and Diamond Realty have retained Goldwasser, Green, Cowie and Maguire to lease the redevelopment.
