J.C. Anderson, Inc. has completed a 25,000-square-foot office renovation for Baird & Warner at 120 S. LaSalle Street in Chicago.
Construction included the addition of new conference rooms, private offices, break rooms and a kitchen. Baird & Warner’s space also features all new flooring, paint, lighting, AV upgrades as well as high-end millwork throughout.
In conjunction with this Loop build-out, J.C. Anderson, Inc. also completed a 20,000 square foot build-out for Baird & Warner’s Title Services and Key Mortgage offices located at 475 N. Martingale Road. J.C. Anderson, Inc.’s William Burfeind was the project executive and Jason Hawkins was the senior project manager. Architectural services were provided by NELSON.
