Southfield, Mich.-based Farbman Group/NAI Farbman purchased 27777 Inkster Road in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
The 275,000-square-foot property is set on 35 acres and is the latest addition to the NAI Farbman portfolio.
As a Class-A trophy asset, the building offers generator power for the entire complex, a ‘plug and play’ open office environment and visible signage from Interstate-696. The building also offers ample parking. The former owner, TD Auto Finance, will continue to lease 155,000 square feet.
The sale price of the building was not disclosed.
