Farbman Group/NAI Farbman in Southfield, Mich., has been recognized for its excellence in property management for its work with the Botsford Cancer Center in Farmington Hills. The firm won the Building Owners and Managers Association of Metro Detroit TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Award in the medical category.

The TOBY Awards ceremony, held Nov. 7 at Motor City Casino Sound Board, recognizes excellence in managers of commercial properties. The awards honor the best in sustainability, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact.
