Eric Christianson has joined Farbo, North Dakota-based development, construction and property management company Enclave as chief operating officer. Christianson will oversee corporate operations, ensuring alignment between company strategy and goals.
Christianson brings more than 20 years of experience in both domestic and international business with a background in strategic planning, financial analysis, real estate development, sales and marketing. Most recently, he served as president and chief executive officer of Red River Commodities.
Enclave offers its partners innovative real estate investment opportunities with a focus on multifamily, commercial and industrial spaces across the Midwest and beyond. As a fully integrated company, Enclave has the ability to function as developer, contractor and property manager, remaining highly involved at each stage of a project.
