Farmington Hills’ SF Capital names VP of loan origination

SF Capital, the commercial mortgage banking subsidiary of Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Friedman Real Estate, has added Tony Talerico as vice president of loan origination.

In his new role, Talerico will be tasked with sourcing financing transactions across the entire capital stack, encompassing both equity and debt placement, including refinancing, acquisitions, construction, and bridge opportunities.

Talerico brings 38 years of professional experience, predominantly focused on commercial mortgage banking, to SF Capital, having been involved in over $4 billion of commercial mortgage financings and over 1,000 closed transactions. 

Talerico is well-versed in all property types (retail, office, apartments, industrial, hospitality, and senior housing) and structuring deals for permanent, acquisition, or construction financing. His prior experience includes investment sales brokerage and leasing, providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
