On Wednesday, March 23 at the University Club of Chicago, Illinois Real Estate Journal will host a half-day conference that will address how commercial real estate professionals are overcoming some of the issues and challenges of the day: FASB, taxes and financing/refinancing matters.
“There is a real sense of recovery in the market,” said Mark Menzies, Publisher, Real Estate Publishing Group. “This conference will help identify strategies for some of the issues that we face as we rebound.”
The program will have three panels. Confirmed speakers include Douglas Struckman, PriceWaterhouseCoopers; Evan Djikas, Colliers International; Scott Riser, Baker Tilly; Dary DeClark, Integra Realty Resources; David Clark, UGL Services; Joe Calvanico, Crowe Horwath; and Jason Venden Bosch, CBIZ MHM.
Menzies said the conference is targeted to the entire commercial real estate industry, especially attorneys, accountants, brokers and owners.
The cost of the program, which begins at 7 am with a continental breakfast, is $39. Register at www.rejournals.comconferences.
