CBRE has hired the father-son team of Chris Vollmer Sr. and Chris Vollmer Jr. in its Cincinnati office. Vollmer Sr. is a senior vice president, while his son has been hired as a first vice president.
The pair will work alongside the office advisory team of Scott Yards, John Eckert, Travis Likes and Kate Myers.
Vollmer Sr. has more than 30 years of experience in leasing and selling commercial real estate throughout Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and the country. He began his career at CBRE. He also founded Vollmer Realty, Inc., a boutique commercial real estate firm.
Vollmer Jr. specializes in representing corporate office and medical users throughout the Cincinnati area and across the country. During the past six years, Vollmer Jr. has been involved with transactions totaling more than $400 million and 2.5 million square feet.
Both have joined CBRE after spending seven years at Colliers International.
