Fer-Pal Construction USA LLC has purchased a 14,274-square-foot industrial building located at 1350 Gasket Drive in Elgin. John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented the seller, Bell Land, and John Gledhill of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer in the transaction.
Cassidy and Franzese also represented HMF Express LLC in its lease of 13,246 square feet of warehouse space located at 248 Beinoris Drive in Wood Dale. Sean Henrick, Michael Magliano and Jason West, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented building ownership, Lincoln Properties, in the transaction.
